Who we are
Skyeline is operated by Atharv Kulkarni as an individual founder in India. This Privacy Policy applies to the landing site, the dashboard, and the APIs we provide as part of the beta.
If you have privacy questions or want to make a privacy request, email hello@skyeline.dev.
Data we collect
We collect account and workspace data you provide when you use Skyeline, including your email address, display name, workspace and application metadata, billing or company details you choose to share, and support communications you send to us.
We also process customer content that flows through the product, including prompts, model inputs, model outputs, usage records, audit trails, webhook configuration, and related application data stored in your workspace.
We receive technical and operational data needed to run the service, such as IP address, browser and device details, request timestamps, authentication session data, and error or health telemetry generated by our infrastructure and monitoring systems.
How and why we use data
We use account, workspace, and technical data to authenticate users, provide the product, secure workspaces, maintain logs and audit history, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, and improve reliability and abuse prevention.
We use customer content to run requested product features, including prompt management, model execution, approvals, observability, debugging, and webhook delivery. We do not sell personal data or use customer content for advertising.
Depending on your location, our legal bases for processing may include providing the service you requested, pursuing legitimate interests such as security and reliability, complying with legal obligations, and, where required, your consent.
Sharing with service providers and model providers
Skyeline relies on third-party service providers to operate the beta, including authentication providers such as Stytch, hosting and edge providers such as Vercel and Google Cloud, managed database providers, and error monitoring providers such as Sentry when enabled.
When you use model features, prompts, model inputs, and model outputs may be sent to the third-party LLM providers selected through the product so they can generate responses. Those providers may handle data according to their own terms, retention settings, and regional infrastructure.
These providers process data to deliver the service on our behalf or as part of the model functionality you choose to use. If you need a signed data processing agreement, see our DPA template.
Cookies and local storage
Skyeline uses essential authentication cookies for session management. We also use local storage for product preferences such as theme or navigation state, and limited session storage for short-lived login or redirect flows.
For the current beta, we do not use advertising cookies, session replay, or non-essential analytics cookies on the landing page or the dashboard. Because the product currently relies only on storage that is necessary for the service to function, we are not showing a separate cookie consent banner at this time.
Retention and security
We retain different categories of data for different periods depending on operational, security, legal, and support needs. In general, we keep account and workspace records while your account is active, keep logs and telemetry for shorter periods, and may retain limited backup copies for disaster recovery and security review.
We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to any legal obligations, dispute resolution needs, or abuse-prevention requirements. We use access controls, encrypted transport, managed infrastructure, and logging to protect the service, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
Skyeline and its providers may process data in countries other than the one where you are located. This can happen when we rely on global infrastructure providers, support tools, or model providers.
When cross-border processing happens, we rely on the safeguards made available by our providers and on contractual and operational measures that are reasonable for the size and stage of the service.
Your rights and privacy requests
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal data. During the beta, privacy requests are handled manually through our support process instead of a self-serve workflow.
To request access, correction, export, or deletion, email hello@skyeline.dev from the account email associated with your workspace. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request, and we may need to keep certain data where required for security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
If you are in a region that gives you the right to complain to a data protection authority, you may also contact your local regulator.
Children's privacy
Skyeline is intended for business and developer use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the beta evolves, our service providers change, or legal requirements change. When we make material updates, we will update the date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through the product or our website.
