Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Skyeline beta operated by Atharv Kulkarni. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: March 10, 2026

Beta service and acceptable use

Skyeline is provided as a beta product. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with other users, reverse engineer protected systems, bypass security controls, or use the service to generate or distribute unlawful content.

Accounts and workspace responsibility

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and workspace, for keeping credentials secure, and for making sure data you upload or route through Skyeline is lawful and permitted.

Workspace owners are responsible for invites, permissions, prompt approvals, and connected provider credentials configured in their organization.

Third-party providers and customer content

Skyeline depends on third-party infrastructure, authentication services, database providers, and AI model providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or output quality caused by those third parties.

You keep ownership of your prompts, content, and inputs. You grant Skyeline a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate the service.

Service changes, suspension, and end of access

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. If you keep using Skyeline after an update takes effect, that continued use means you accept the revised terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use poses a security risk, violates these terms, or creates legal exposure for Skyeline or other users.

After your account is closed, we may retain limited data for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or abuse-prevention purposes, and otherwise delete or anonymize data in line with our Privacy Policy.

IP and feedback

Skyeline retains all rights in the service, software, branding, and related materials. If you send product feedback, you grant us a perpetual right to use that feedback without restriction or payment.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The beta is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyeline will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the beta.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Skyeline arising out of or relating to the beta will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use the service in the 12 months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars, or the equivalent amount in Indian rupees calculated using the applicable RBI or FBIL reference rate on the date the claim arose.

Governing law and contact

Skyeline is operated by Atharv Kulkarni as an individual founder.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
